Wendy Sheehan
Hi, I am Wendy Sheehan and I am a Mortgage and Insurance Adviser and the Business owner of Greenlight - mortgages & insurances, Hawke’s Bay.
I live and work out of Waipawa and cover the whole of Central Hawke’s Bay. I have three young children aged 9 - 17 who attend the local schools. My partner Aaron and I decided to move our family from New Plymouth, Taranaki, to beautiful Hawke’s Bay in 2018, and we are all committed to our new home and the wider community that we live and work in.

I am passionate about providing a client-focused service to my local community by offering mortgage and insurance advice, setting goals with clients and putting a plan into place to achieve these goals.
I aim to take the stress out of the finance and loan approval process by guiding my clients through each step to achieve their goals and find a solution that suits each client’s individual needs.
In terms of qualifications I hold the benchmark NZQA qualification for our industry the New Zealand Certificate of Financial Services Level 5- Core, Residential Lending, Life- Health and Investment strands.
I have had many years of hands on experience, both within the banking system as a loan consultant with
TSB Bank for 12 years, and recently as a mortgage adviser in New Plymouth and now in Hawke’s Bay. I purchased Greenlight in October 2023 with the vision to continue our focus on client relationship. I have great relationships within the real estate, banking, legal and property inspection sectors and can point you in the right direction.
